If your Facebook permissions have changed or expired, you may need to remove and re-connect the Boxify app from your Facebook Page.

Removing the app allows you to:

  • Reauthorize permissions cleanly
  • Resolve connection issues
  • Refresh access tokens or permissions
  • Fix message delivery problems

⚠ Removing the app will not delete your orders or Boxify data — it only refreshes the Page connection.

Step 1: Click your profile picture in the top right of Facebook.

Step 2: Select Settings and privacy, then click Settings.

Step 3: Click Business integrations in the left-hand side menu.

Step 4: Go to the app you want to remove, then next to the name of the app, click Remove.

After that, reconnect the app from Boxify Platform Setup.

Important Note
