Section titled “Sell on Instagram”Collect orders automatically from Instagram comments using keywords.
Instagram Comment Selling works similarly to Facebook Comment Selling, using the same keyword-based ordering method.
How Instagram Comment Selling Works
Section titled “How Instagram Comment Selling Works”- Create keywords for your products in Boxify.
- Customers comment the keyword + quantity on your Instagram post.
- Boxify detects the comment automatically.
- The order is created and sent to the customer.
What You Need Before Selling on Instagram
Section titled “What You Need Before Selling on Instagram”To use Instagram Comment Selling, you must:
- Connect your Instagram account to Boxify
- Ensure proper account permissions are granted
Important Notes
Section titled “Important Notes”- Make sure your Instagram account is properly connected.
- If permission expires, reconnect your account in the settings.
- Platform policies may affect comment detection.
Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”If customers comment the correct keyword but no order is created:
- Check your keyword spelling
- Ensure your Instagram account is connected
- Review platform permissions
