Comment Selling
Section titled “Comment Selling”Comment Selling allows your customers to place orders by commenting a keyword and quantity on your social posts.
Boxify automatically detects the comment, creates the order, and sends the checkout link to your customer.
How Comment Selling Works
Section titled “How Comment Selling Works”- You create keywords for your products.
- Customers comment with the keyword + quantity.
- Boxify detects the comment automatically.
- An order is created and sent to the customer for checkout.

- Messenger
All platforms use the same keyword-based ordering logic. However, platform setup steps may differ.
