Payment Confirmed Message
The Payment Confirmed Message is an automatic notification sent to the customer when their order payment is marked as paid.
1. Set up the message in FB Utility Message
Section titled “1. Set up the message in FB Utility Message”You can customize the Payment Confirmed Message in the FB Utility Message settings.
Here you can define the message content that will be sent automatically to customers after their payment is confirmed.
2. How the message is triggered
Section titled “2. How the message is triggered”The message will be triggered when the Paid button is switched ON in the Receipt tab of the order.
Path: Order → Receipt Tab → Turn ON “Paid”
Once the order status changes to Paid, the system will automatically send the Payment Confirmed Message to the customer.
3. Trigger condition
Section titled “3. Trigger condition”The message will only be triggered when the payment status manually changes in the order from:
Unpaid → Paid
If the payment is created directly as Paid, the system will not trigger the Payment Confirmed Message.
