Live Window (Facebook Advanced Selling)
Section titled “Live Window (Facebook Advanced Selling)”Live Window allows you to manually manage and create orders during Facebook Live sessions.
Unlike Comment Selling, Live Window gives you full control over comments and order creation.
Why Use Live Window?
Section titled “Why Use Live Window?”Live Window is recommended when:
- You are running auctions (highest bid wins)
- You sell limited quantity items
- You have many different SKUs and prefer not to create keywords
- Facebook filters or hides certain comments
- You want manual control over who gets the item
How Live Window Works
Section titled “How Live Window Works”- Start your Facebook Live session.
- Open Live Window in Boxify.
- View all incoming comments (including filtered ones).
- Manually assign items to customers.
- Orders are created directly from Live Window.

When NOT to Use Live Window
