Connect Ninja Van Account
Boxify is integrated with Ninja Van to provide a seamless & simple shipping process to our merchant. Ninjavan Simple setup & process flow as below:
Fill up the form for signing up with Ninjavan:

Configure Ninja Van in Boxify
Section titled “Configure Ninja Van in Boxify”Step 1: Go ‘Setting’ – ‘Shipping Profiles‘ to fill up the required info.

Section titled “Step 2: Fill up the required information – Parameters”Client_id: Login to Ninjavan portal – Setting – IT Settings – Copy the client ID and paste it here. Client_secret: Login to Ninjavan portal – Setting – IT Settings – Copy the client Key and paste it here. country_code: Please select MY, as the service is currently available only in Malaysia. Service_type: Please key in Parcel. Service_level: Select the package level your company uses with Ninja Van. Eg. Standard, Express, Sameday or Nextday.
Step 3: Fill up the required information – From
Section titled “Step 3: Fill up the required information – From”Name: Your company name Phone_number: Your Contact number Email: Your Email address
Step 4: Fill up the required information – From address
Section titled “Step 4: Fill up the required information – From address”from.address: Your Company Address
Step 5: Fill up the required information – Parcel_job
Section titled “Step 5: Fill up the required information – Parcel_job”is_pickup_required : Check this box if your parcels require pickup. pickup_service_type : Scheduled pickup_service_level : Select the service level your company uses with Ninja Van. Eg. Standard or Premium.
Step 6**: Fill up the required information** – Parcel_job.dimensions

Step 7: Finally, toggle the switch to blue to enable Ninja Van shipping profiles, then click Save Changes.

Section titled “Create & Print the Airwaybill”Step 1: Go to ‘All Ready to ship‘ from the menu on the left.
Step 2: Select the orders and click Courier on the right top, then choose Ninja Van.
Step 3: Click CREATE AWB, review and confirm the shipment type, pickup date, and time. Fill in the pickup or delivery instructions if applicable, then click SUBMIT to send the orders to Ninja Van.
Step 4: Return to the Ninja Van Malaysia Actions window and click PRINT AWB.
Step 5: You may click PRINT ALL to print all AWBs at once, or click PRINT next to each airway bill to print them individually.
