Marketing Messages — Feature Update

Facebook has updated its messaging policies and API permissions.
As a result, the Marketing Messages feature may no longer be available for new or existing pages, depending on platform eligibility and region.
This change is determined by Meta (Facebook) and is outside of Boxify’s control.
Overview
Section titled “Overview”Marketing Messages allows a Facebook Page to send messages outside the standard messaging window for people who have given you permission to do so.
Why Is This Happening?
Section titled “Why Is This Happening?”Meta has revised its messaging policies to:
• Limit promotional broadcast messaging • Reduce unsolicited marketing content • Encourage paid advertising channels for promotions
Because of these platform updates, Marketing Message functionality may be restricted or removed.
