Facebook Blocked My Account From Sending Messages
Section titled “Facebook Blocked My Account From Sending Messages”Boxify sends order notifications and checkout links to customers through Facebook Messenger.
However, sometimes Facebook may temporarily block your Page from sending messages. This is a platform policy behavior — not a Boxify system error.
What Does “Blocked” Mean?
Section titled “What Does “Blocked” Mean?”When your Page is blocked from messaging, you may see messages such as:
- “Your Page can’t send messages right now.”
- “You can’t reply to this conversation.”
- “Messaging temporarily restricted.”
- “Please secure your account.”
These indicate that Facebook has limited your ability to send messages, often due to policy triggers related to messaging behavior.
Why This Happens (Updated 2026)
Section titled “Why This Happens (Updated 2026)”Facebook may restrict messaging for a Page when it detects:
1. Suspicious or High Volume Activity
Section titled “1. Suspicious or High Volume Activity”Rapid or repetitive messaging that looks automated or spam-like.
2. User Reports of Spam
Section titled “2. User Reports of Spam”If users report messages as spam or harmful, Facebook may restrict messaging.
3. Violations of Facebook Messaging Policy
Section titled “3. Violations of Facebook Messaging Policy”This includes:
- Sending unsolicited promotional content
- Repeated broadcasts outside allowed time windows
- Excessive auto replies
Note: Facebook’s rules and enforcement continue to evolve.
How It Affects Your Customers

This restriction can stop Boxify’s message delivery temporarily.
How To Resolve Messaging Restrictions

Check for:
- Policy violations
- Spam reports
- Temporary restrictions

- Repeating identical auto messages
- Sending message bursts to many users
- Messaging outside the 24-hour interaction window
